We purchased a piece of equipment at an auction. There were extra parts, and a manual that we were unaware of. T.G. Mossop Contracting brought it all. And they stuck to the original bid even though it was more work for them. Everything was well secured. We received exceptional service. I highly recommend uShip, and this trucking company. Our only problem was computer/Internet glitch that made made it impossible to pay the booking fee. We spent all day checking with banks and PayPal as to why payment would not go through. Took a lot of searching to find an email address for uShip. Not very easy to contact. Finally, a helpful PayPal employee assisted us. We had to set up new accounts. Apparently if a payment is denied for any reason, all further payments from that person for that amount will be denied also. It has something to do with fraud prevention. It may reset in 24 to 48 hours. In order to expedite shipping, we had to set up new accounts. Overall, we got a great deal, exceptional service, and we saved about $ 460 on shipping.
