My husband purchased a mini-excavator from the Phoenix Ritchie Bros. auction, and needed to get it home soon. It took him a week to go through the contacts he'd had as far as shipping. RB Auction suggested UShip, so we then tried it for the first time. Tobias gave us a very reasonable bid for shipping, and once we accepted, he had the equipment to our front doorstep two days later. Great experience! Thanks for putting shipper feedback scores on your site. It makes choosing an unknown shipper more reasonable. The only thing we laughed about were the "average shipping quotes" on the little mini-ex before we got our bids- $750 that we paid Tobias was reasonable--your "average bid price" of $6,000 or $7,000 was way out of line. Thankfully my husband was in the truck & equipment business for many years previous to this, as he definately had an idea of what was a reasonable price to ship this type of equipment. Thanks UShip!
