I purchased an excavator at Ritchie Bros, Nisku, posted the load at Uship that afternoon. I had 5 offers within an hour, selected the one with the most suitable price and equipment (removable gooseneck) that evening. It was picked up the next day, just after noon, the driver loaded it, and a bucket. It arrived safely, well secured, the next morning. The driver (Willy) was very professional, and unloaded without incident despite inclement weather that had dumped snow and ice making unloading very difficult. Communication with the dispatcher was a pleasure, Perry responded promptly to questions I had before and after accepting the bid, and was very helpful. This is how it's supposed to work. Thanks guys for the very professional job. I may not ship heavy stuff every day, but you're definitely getting a call next time I need a truck, this could not have gone any better.
