Jerry was easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do. To add to this, the trailer was purchased via the web, and we did not see or check it out, in person. Jerry pulled the 4 tires and checked out all the wheel bearings on the trailer; before bring it home, for us. He arrived on a busy Friday - coming all the way from Portland OR, to Belleuve WA on our crowded freeways; arriving only 15 minutes later than he estimated the night before. That really helped on our planning for the day and weekend; as we had to attend an business conference - starting that afternoon, 3 hours away.
