Our shipping experience was a great learning one. We had 14 pieces of sissor lifts and manlifts to ship that we had bought at the Richie Brothers auction in Florda. Everything was going good we accepted Johns bid and man this looks easy, they even said they could get it on 2 truck loads. Good that will save us some money. Every thing was going smooth till the truck drivers got to the sale site and there is over a mile of trucks in line. They say that we have only 7 days to get the equipment out and it looks like we will have to wait that long to load. On day four the trucks finally got to load. Then the truck drivers were in such a hurry to get home that the one only loaded up half the trailor and took off claiming richie brothers wouldnt let him lift the boom to load more lifts on. We phone up to rba and they said they dont care how you load or what you do u can leave with the boom in the air if you want. We ended up paying for part of another truck and detention fees of $2800.00. John did give us a discount on the part load. We had some stress for a few days but it turned out good besides the extra cost. I would use UShip again. Jason
