Shipper noticed some parts missing and questioned seller who promptly located them and they made the truck. If they hadn't noticed we wouldn't have beeen able to use the equiptment until parts were shipped. When the driver lost a connecting load that threw them off schedule they tranferred our load to another driver so we could get our equiptment sooner. Greatly appreciated by us as we needed this piece ASAP.
