I struggled with the decision to go and pick up my ATV from the Ebay seller or to have it shipped. It would have been a five hundred mile round trip, in February, through the midwest winter.
I hoped I was going to catch a break and have a nice unseasonably warm sun shiny day to make the trip but the weather just would not cooperate. The seller had been very patient and waited for me to come but it just wasn't meant to be.
I put the load out for bid through several different services and the majority of haulers wanted upwards of $400 to $500 dollars and needed three to four weeks to make the pick up and delivery.
Then I posted the load on UShip.com. Grant from GT Hauling responded very quickly and bid the load at little more than half what any of the other carriers bid and was going to get my ATV here in half the time.
Needless to say, Grant got the load and I'm happy it worked out that way. I dealt directly with him and not some broker just routing my shipment. It was so easy and so pleasant that next time I need to ship something Grant will be my first call.
