I had a very positive uship experience. I'm glad I didn't go with a "commercial" carrier. First and foremost the whole thing is driven by reputation - so you know going in that carrier is liable to your satisfaction! I paid half the price of commercial rates with half the hassle. There are less guarentees of fixed delivery dates - I would only recommend if not critical for drop-off date. It was easy to change the drop-off location and pay online. I think a larger corporate courier would be more likely to nickle and dime extra costs - and nail you on any unforeseen changes.
