We all know how important reputation is. And most often it can be a deal maker. We all need to reach a certain comfort level before we click the "do the deal" button.
Like most of us I admit I have clicked that button with people that have no feedback, we all start with (0) but I DO read the feedback comments made by others.
I won another bid on EBay for a car but this time we needed it shipped. After posting our request for bids on UShip.com we were very impressed with the competitive process and the bids that began to come in. We read the offers, we read the feedback, we chose our shipper.
Communication and the fexible schedule were great. Our new car was in Canton, Ohio and we live in Charlottesville, Virginia. As timing would have it the morning the car was to be dropped off to us we ended up with a snow storm. Not typical for Easter weekend in April. Boom... there it is!
I let my wife know that the delivery will probably be late. We need to call Mark to see how far he has been able to drive, since his route takes him through this storm. To my suprise he is on time and it is I that am late to the pick up point. I am very pleased! This car is for my wife, the one that usually teases me about my online deals. This time I was the quiet hero. Our shipper was fantastic and dedicated to serving the customer. Three cheers for our "snowmatic" shipper Mark. Thank you so much.
And of course we love the process and the offers from everyone that responded to our 1st request on UShip.com Catch you on the trail.
