I recently purchased a non-running Suzuki '85 GS1150E on eBay. The bike was owned by an officer-in-training of the US Marine Corps. He was leaving the base at Quantico, VA and had to leave the bike with a fellow officer who was about to begin three months of the same training. He would only be available for two days after he returned from his Christmas/New Years vacation to hand off the bike. The window of opportunity for my pickup was down to two days just after the New Year. I had contracted with another shipping company (DASH) to ship the bike, but it took them so long to find a shipper and get back with me I had to look elsewhere. That's when my Google search found UShip.com, the eBay of the shipping community. I placed my request on UShip's web site and received about four responses the first day. I selected the gents at English Movers because I had lived in England and upon my return to the States had seen how the Brits take pride in packing things properly (almost to the point of overkill). The gents at English Movers accepted my price and worked diligently to get the bike in time. John made the arrangements and Steve delivered the bike. They exceeded my expectations in every respect. These are polite and hard working men who have earned my trust and will certainly receive more business from me. Thanks English Movers and UShip for a job well done!
