A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider was stuck in traffic on the highway and was not able to make it to the dealership before it closed. He works a Mon-Fri job so he won't be able to do it again until next Saturday, which is not going to work for me.

Mark u have international phone number from Canada. I'm sorry that my tmobile plan doesn't cover make international calls. Delivery been made on time as booked and being specifically explained its will be delivered between this and that day. But anyway thank you. Enjoy your bike
