Excellent customer! I wish all my customers were as prepared as Jeff. He had all the customs laid out ahead of time and was great to work with through the whole shipment. I would be happy to work with him again. Thanks again for the business. Paul @ Evans

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved While this comment is partially true, customer forgot to mention we had this assigned to a carrier after booking, to pick up the shipment 4 days later, to find out the shipment was even available for pick up yet, yet customer didn't even know where machine was at that time, so we rescheduled, then customer expected this to be picked up within a few days notice, which wasn't possible as this was a partial going to Canada. At this time, customer chose to cancel. This was customers fault, not ours. Response from Jeff W.: The machine has been at same location I purchased it at on Feb 13th, 2013 and has not moved nor had anyone at the dealer been contacted for pick up. The 'first' carrier never existed and there was never any resheduling, those are blatant lies. I just gave up the last bit repect I had remaining for this firm. I make it point not to waste people's valueable time, I would expect the same from others. Cancellation was offered by shipper, but Ichose to do so in order to make sure it happened.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not show up for pick up by agreed to date, therefore crucial delivery deadline could not have been met. A truck was dispatched the day after delivery was supposed to have been picked up at the latest. Trucking company then notified us that they wanted to use a different crossing that the one TruckItTrans had given us for the 72hr. This was given to us 12-24hr before they wanted to cross. Another impossibility to overcome. If there were a higher rating I would give it to them. Higher than expected service from the broker and the driver was top notch. Communication was impeccable and flawless, sooo smooth. Delivery was done before my required deadline as well. I would highly recommend and do business with these guys anytime. I am happy to have given them my business..they deserved it.
