Mark was great to work with, We as the transport company could not have asked for a better person to conduct business with. Mark and I communicated daily on the shipment, and he was so supportive when we had a delay that we could not control. Mark is every shipping company's "perfect" customer and we can't express enough gratitude for shipping with us @ MP Transport LLC. We would work with Mark again in a heart beat! I was brand new to uShip.com, and was nervous about using someone that had no feedback (when I booked with MPTransportLLC).
Right from the beginning, Jason is excellent in his communication, and tenacious in asking for my business. What separates "good" from "best" is the ability to deal with issues and challenges when they arise. MP Transport deserve a "best" rating for this reason. They took the utmost care with my shipment, and were in constant communication.
