The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We did not just double the rate. The customer requested after the booking that the equipment have a trailer with a winch on it. Per our terms and conditions stated with our instant rates that these types of specialty trailers are not included with the instant rate, he would not accept correct rate.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The bid was accepted 26 Of July and the load should be picked up within 5 days.But after 12 days the load is still waiting .Another problem is communication.Nobody picks the phone,no answers for left messages.
