Unfortunately, this shipment did not go as smoothly as I had hoped, really its just the timing that was a major issue for us, and for the customer. Other than that, the shipment went okay, but we wish we could have shipped closer to our projected date than the actual ship date. We hope the customer is happy to have his machine now and hope we can assist him in the future on another move and regain the reputation we are used to leaving a customer with.

Nick and Jason did a great job getting my shipment to me. They were very conversant with customs requirements. I would not hesitate to use them again. They are on my preferred supplier list now.
