The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After attempting to contact the shipper for 3 days I was able to get ahold of him through an alternate number. He did not go into details, but said they would need to cancel the shipment. This is all the information that was provided. He is having some issue, but did not disclose them.

I received my shipment, but it came 4 weeks after I paid. The origional time frame was 6 days, and we had some delay with customs ( 5 days). I could not get good information, call backs were hard, but all in all the shipment came. If I was on time constraint for delivery I would have been livid!!!!

Email from Eli on MAR 15, 2012 - Hello J, I was in contact with the shipping depot, they withheld the shipment becaus it was not released by Cross border solutions. It has been released now from Vancouver BC and hope to arrive here for Friday. I just realized I do not have a recipt for the payment of shipment from you. Can you get this e-mailed to me ASAP please.Thanks Eli - Customer & his custom broker were not on the same page, which is why it was held up. Communcation was strong on our end!
