Roger was great. A couple of problems occured along the way and he dealt with them proactively and resourcefully. Were it not for his experience our boat might still be stuck somewhere in the wilds of Wyoming. We communicated regularly and often. No hesitation in recommending Mr. Roo.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After agreeing that the shipment would be picked up the previous week I have been unable to contact Lady Chauffeur. In the last six days I have tried phone, email and text. A cancellation takes 72 hours and I have to start thinking about next steps. Lisa - if there is a problem just let me know, if you can't do it then please accept the cancellation so I can work on making other arrangements.
