I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Empire's original driver went in and was told by Richie Bros.that the shipment had already been picked up.
About two weeks later, the shipper called asking where his shipment was and we told him that the freight was picked up by another carrier; assuming he had arranged for another service provider.
He then instructed us to go back in with another truck that it had not been picked up yet.
The driver that we had scheduled has broken down with a major engine problem and we need to be take

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I has given this company all info needed to get this shipment from Ritchie bros in good time Ritchie bros told me they originally sent a van trailer in to get my equipment and were advised they would not load my equipment onto the trailer this then turned into a one month fiasco with nothing being resolved I don't feel they should be able to opt of the agreement without repercussions if I had know this company deals this way I would not have taken their bid.
