this shipment became a disaster not by any ones fault but when it rains it pores thanks to bob for all his effort one really great and understanding guy to work for

Was very carefull with shipping bike with the way many hold down straps were placed and used lots of shipping blankets to protect paint. I would recommend this shipper.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The business where my motorcycle was to be picked up was closed on Saturday and the carrier could not pick it up Friday . His scheduling with other customers did not allow him to wait until Monday to pick up my bike so we agreed to cancel and I would relist to find a different carrier. The carrier was very apologetic and did the best he could to help.

Rick was very reasonable on price and flexable on the different pick ups. And with his power tail gate it saved me loading fees and made unloading a breeze. He had great comunication and was very pleasant to talk to Went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recomended... Bob D.
