Communication upon booking was terrible, tried to have the pickup date confirmed and never heard back for almost a week. Shipment was late by a day and a half. The truck that was used to hall my trailer was not what I expected. I would not have driven it 50 miles never mind 1500. A quad was hauled in my trailer as well, yet the shipper denied that. Would not recommend using them.
