I did not show up at agreed upon date and time the shipper promised to pick the item on or before april 14th. the shipper was given many chances to move the item and did not do so.

I am very desapointed, because I tried to satisfy this nice customer, but I can't... Our driver is OFF for a long period of time, he knew 3 weeks ago that he were very sick, he had to stop doing US Hauling, unfortunetly, he had to stop Driving... Very bad story and I'll try to reach another driver to accomodate Mr Arnett, but I don't have the chance to find another Older driver like mine...
