Brian met me in Houlton, and was pleased with the purchase he had made and the fact that I had vouched for the condition of the boat he had not seen in person, we unloaded the rig from my trailer without incident and he was on his way with a smile

I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE IN THE PAST WITH EXCELENT SERVICE , THIS TIME NOT SO , IMPOSSIBLE TO CONNECT WITH THESE PEOPLE ,LOAD WAS PICKED UP WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE , DAYS LATE ! NOT HRS ! LEFT MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE JUST WANTING TO KNOW WHEN LOAD WAS GOING TO BE PICKED UP , THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET ANY INFORMATION WAS TO GO THREW U-SHIP , AND THEN NITRO WOULD CONTACT ME !I AM BUSY , AND REALLY FRIGGED ME UP NO KNOWING WHEN SHIPMENT WAS ARRIVING CAUSE I HAD TO BE HERE !SO THATS ALL I GOT TO SAY Response from NITROEXPRESSWAY: With respect, we served Mr Brian on time, we had to wait to Monday for our 2nd Load, which was comprenable, we could not go to the NB with only a JDeere see, you still make profit and roll the business! We agreed with other shippers stipend (very approachable and understanding) as soon as I knew the load would be ready only Monday morning. In another, I informed Mr. time and hour. Especially since our schedules are overloaded, we give service to ALL OUR CUSTOMERS, and at every day ... Thank you
