Very good, upon booking they picked up the next day and dropped when they said they would. Driver was excellent as well. Easy to get ahold of and good communication.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services When i entered the shipment info i entered the exact address and name of the company (Copart) where the vehicle was. I accepted their quote and a day later Charles called and said their info had the shipment being terminal to terminal, i told him i had entered the exact address for the pick up and needed the vehicle to be picked up there. He told me he would talk to a supervisor. I assumed since i didn't get a call back everything was ok. I called on thurs April 1 to confirm the pick up and was

The quote given to the customer was for the vehicle to be dropepd off at our terminal and then picked up from our terminal. After the bid was accepted customer wanted us to pick up and deliver this unit which is not what was quoted. Customer also could not guarantee that this vehicle was in running condition.

Everthing was great, as advertised and on time.

Everything went well. No problems, they called and made sure I was ok for them to arrive after a long weekend. Would use them again without a doubt.
