Hugo was very helpful and everything was delivered on time and in good condition. UK customs have hidden costs that added up to the initial price, but overall we are happy with the service. Cargotrax was the only one to offer Air transport (faster than ocean) for such a cheap price. I'll recommend Cargotrax.
