I tried to contact my service provider yesterday. I received an email back saying they were out of the office for the day. I contacted them this morning with no reply back. I need to get my item moved as soon as possible. Government liquidation has given me ten days to pick up my item or I will lose it. I have to cancel and go with someone else. I have had bad experiences in the past with brokers on uship and I don't want to take anymore chances. My item hasn't been picked up yet and no charges

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I booked with Truck It Transport on November 24 and they still haven't found a carrier to haul my item. They said they would pick up within 9 days of booking.I gave them as much time as I could but I can't wait any longer. I am now paying storage fees for my dump truck. I want a full refund for my posted shipment. I am going to look into other sources to acquire a carrier for my shipment.
