NIGHTMARE. Booked my URGENT shipment with Marty on May 19th. Sent an email to them with contact info and waited. Eventually called their office and they asked that I contact them by email. After numerous unanswered emails (except to ask for my payment), after 6 days, I was told that they could not accommodate my shipment. These guys bid on shipments without knowing that they can deliver. Look at number of cancellations, read reasons, and save yourself a lot of time and frustration. I didn't. :(

Jean-Guy was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to accomodate the shipment details, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond his control, he was unable to complete the delivery. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Tom and his crew were extremely professional through the whole process from booking to delivery. I received numerous calls from Tom throughout his trip to update me on where he was at and the ETA for delivery. I would highly recommend using DreamRide Transport to anyone. Thanks Tom!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They refuse to communicate, I've never talked to them (not for lack of trying). Tried for over a day after accepting bid to contact them and finally got this by email: "You will be contacted when there is time, the world doesn't evolve around your schedule alone there are many others". Should've ran but I was desperate. In their bid they promised to pick up by June 1st and deliver by June 7th, but then went into hiding. Reading their response to other feedback, I'm sure it was all my fault.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Jean-Guy (the Shipper) was great but unfortunately just after picking up the shipment was in an accident that rendered his vehicle unable to continue with the delivery. He was able to return my shipment to the pickup point. So I am now need to immediately re-list my shipment.
