The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The signs were measured wrong. The signs were stored outside subject to weather. they were frozen into a deep drift of ice and snow and would have required hours of labor to remove by myself. I made two trips to the location. Grant suggested cutting the lets off, but I was not comfortable with this.
