Very good service provider. Kept me up to date on his progress. Delivered the boat intact. Very easy to work with. I can certainly recommend Ken to anyone who needs a boat moved.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The original, agreed on, date for shipment was Aug 23-25.
The service provider had numerous delays (scheduling conflict, accident, equipment malfunction, sickness). The provider was not able to provide a definite date, when the transport would be completed.
The communication with the provider is difficult. I was not able to reach him by phone since the payment was made. He answers only some of the emails or SMS, and only to introduce another delay.
