Great people, quick response always stayed in contact with me along the treck from Houston to sweet grass. Very quick to react with a blown tire and hub falling off! were able to still get my boat to me in their quoted time which was extremely fast!!! defiantly request again...

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We are having some problems with our shipper. He is giving excuses that he could not find the address of the pickup and then he drove back to Dallas. We offered him money to go back and pick up the boat as we have been in contact with the people on the other end. He let it slip that his return shipment after ours fell through so we think he is making excuses to not deliver ours as he will lose money by not having a return shipment. We are done dealing with this guy and were hoping we could r

Have photos and time stamps from going to pick up boat and waiting for a response in spring tx, with no answer left. got a response next day at almost 11 am.and had to go back and forth.. Told himit cost time and deisel.. response was let me get back to you.. I didnt lose any return trip it was done just like i said it would be.. And Took another boat i pickedup the same day to Sweetgrass and delivered it sunday. The things you make up Jared will come back to haunt you.. Enjoy your boat
