I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Yes we had employee issues and had to let them go. I did make attempts to contact customer to pick up on saturdays, but got no response. Deposit was made into my business partners account with is not unusaul, but after recieving emails that called us scams cheats etc . I will not deliver this boat and as we speak deposit has been mailed back to this customer in canada.

Mr. Stacey Holbrooks went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations with a shipment that had a few unexpected problems upon pickup. His communication with me is the best that I have experienced on UShip to date. The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider did not provide service when he laid out the schedule for delivery. I have had direct conversation with the service provider and he did not meet the deadlines that he set out for himself. One of his emails indicated that he had a problem with employees and that was the reason for the delay. he assured me that the shipment would get done at a reduced cost if I would not give negative feedback. I agreed to this , but have still not seen the delivery of goods. Mr. Tony Gardner
