Excellent service by the Shipper, great communication was provided even as I had many question as a newbie to the service. Communication was both by Email and telephone to make sure 2 long weekends in a row where managed followed with the receiving end being away for yet another few days that we had to take into consideration.
Had a delay of one day on the items being picked up, but I share a good part of the problem on this with all my date changes.
Items arrived on day as promised. WOW!
