I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I showed up at the scheduled time and it was a fake address. It was a third party who sold a bike to a customer through paypal. When it came time to pick up the bike the person vanished. After a while third party said he just changed his mind. I was there for my pick up, my customer was in good contact throughout whole ordeal. Third party I believe was trying to run a scam. I feel feedback should be able to be left between the two of us. A lot of time and money was wasted.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provide did not make any effort to contact me after I contacted him and I asked him to contact me to let me know what is going on. He did not show up to pick up the item a few times after he told the guy that he was going to come and pick up the box. He did not call to let him know that he is not coming. When I tried to call him he never answered the phone and his answering machine was always full. He is not dependable, reliable and he just does not seem to care about his custome

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The person I was buying the tool box from wanted more money for it than we agreed upon.I wanted to cancel before but I was told to wait till the end of January in case he changed his mind.He sold the tool box so I don't need the services.The shipping company was very good and they try to go out of their way to help me but there was nothing they could have done. I no longer need my item(s) shipped The seller that sold me the motorcycle decided on the last few hour before the shipper whent to pick up the bike that he no longer wanted to sell it and send me and the shipper an email that he wasn't going to go through with the sale and the pick up. The pick up was going to take place at 9:30 AM on Oct 27'th and I recived a call from the shipper at 8:59AM to ask me if I canceled the pick up. I told him no that everything on my side was ready to go. We both tried to contact the seller a few

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I just recived a call at 12:03 PM Oct. 30'th from the Service Provider to inform me that they would not be able to pick up the tool box since there is an issue with their truck and that they will not be able to pick up the tool box.
