Nick at Abacus was accomodating. We had a few issues but Nick always answered his phone and had them resolved by the end of the call. Our end was slow in getting all the paperwork in order but Nick was understanding about it. I would recommend Nick/Abacus to anybody wanting to do cross border shipping.
