Delivered on stepdeck, not detachable neck gooseneck as specified. 2 hrs to build a dirt loading dock to unload grader. Unit was overheight on trailer so driver tried to lower it by letting air out of tires and demounted one of them(250$ service call to fix). Dispatchers (3)were emailing and calling and not sharing info and accusing me of not providing proper info. Wasnt sure who was in charge. Trucking company wasnt theirs but one they contracted for the job who wasnt properly prepared for this
