The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it asked me if we could deliver by Jan 30th and then after accepted the bid wanted by dec 30th which was not legally possible as it was not booked until the 27th thanks packard2

We have had a death in the family overnight, and our attention has been focused on this situation. Please accept our aopolgies.
