A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were stuck in Nebraska for 2 days due to ice and snow customer left a voice mail message once and left an email asking us to contact the seller right away. We contacted the seller made the arrangements for pickup we would have picked this up 1 to 2 days later than original dates given on booking papers.. We can't control the weather customer filed to cancel before the time was even up per the accepted bid.. Sorry we are not going to put our equipment and cargo at risk in storms..

2 sides to every story. im not unhappy but the time frame that was told to my seller was a week past the date stated. i have nothing negative to say about the hauler.

couldnt make my shipment. told me 3 day before it was due for delivery. didnt call. wouldnt answer. phone no was changed or cutoff .just cancelled

cancellation. then rebooked. sent funds as he requested. he didnt pick up ata the date agreed on and couldnt conatct him phone had been disconnected. offered to refund money only after contacting him via email. . the funds he sent were no good. didnt have the money to pay me back $560. was told i would be paid on date, . i wasnt and was told multiple excuses as why no payment and then was told i would have to wait. couldnt tell me when. stay away . didnt even have the money to pay for his gas

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period hauler has disapered. secondary number is disconnected, 6 emails. 5 text and approx 30 phone messages. no reply of any sort. a little futher digging shows he has a criminal record

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved was to have picked up my sled within 10 days of accepting . that was on the 7 its now the 15th and she called my customer and said minimnm another week. i have called the shiping company as they didnt answer any of my email. i want to relist asap.

Customer wanted his sled to be a add on to a load to save $$.It stated in the bid we would give him notice when we would be in the area for pickup. We contacted the seller that had broken his leg and couldnt help with loading into the back of our 3/4 ton truck. We made arrangements to get the help so he didnt have to risk more injury to his leg. Dan called after the arrangements for pickup were made saying he needed it sooner. He requested a cancel then requested a new bid from us again..
