Downsizing from 2100 sq ft to 1100 sq ft. No bed room furniture and no den furniture. Will be living room and dining room plus 3 or 4 arm chairs and floor lamps - golf clubs , and everything else will be boxed. Moving from Port Coquitlam to Qualicum Beach  

 

This is a move requiring a 20' container of random household items. We will consider filling the container ourselves if you can quote for us buying a container, filling it and arranging for pickup and delivery to NS. We also need to transport a vehicle - which I will post seperatly  

 

In addition, I have lots of fabric which will be placed inside transparent garbage bags so these can be used as cushioning. All beds are IKEA mattress and metal-frame-type which can be disassembled.  

The photos of the stuff in container are from a while ago. Now the 20' container is almost full, with boxes. Minimal furniture, most things are in boxes. The heaviest things are: 60 small boxes of books (about 2500 lbs.), 4 tool boxes with tools, 3 tool chests, 2 tool carts, 1 large rolling cabinet, and a console piano (42" tall). All in all everything weigh around 11,000lb (we actually weighed everything). There is a vehicle to be shipped as well--2001 toyota camry.

Would like to include 2011 Royal Enfield 500 motorbike as well. Will have help moving stuff into the truck/trailer and out at destination. Most contents (not including bike) fit into a 22' truck last summer. The entertainment unit is a electric fireplace.

Last Uship service provider overbooked their trailer and were unable to take everything in our storage unit. My wife is extremely upset and I am trying to get the rest of the shipment re-listed so i can get it picked up and delivered asap. From what I have been able to gather from the last shipper, We have the remaining items left to ship. - 1 piece of our sectional sofa (love seat) - 1 Dining table - approx 10 chairs (6 with dining table 4 bar height chairs) - Push lawnmower - various rakes and shovels and lawn tools (approx 6-8) - double bed mattress + box spring - Queen bed frame - 1 hope chest - wodden dresser - power wheels kids truck - queen mattress box spring only - small gun cabinet - one small wooden table Shipper says remaining items can fit in less than 10 feet of a standard 8x6 cargo trailer $1000-$1500 budget. I need these items asap please and thanks! Pickup location is very accesible. Mover must load items by themselves Drop off location is very accessible. I will unload myself at drop off location right into empty garage. Picture is of storage unit before first shipper was able to remove 85% of items

We don't have a lot of stuff for a 2bed + Den townhouse, and we'll have all of the stuff put into boxes of various sizes.  

Regarding my first post; sorry to all the bidders- I wasn't quite ready for the move by my first posted date. Now I'm all packed and the items are ready to ship by this weekend at the earliest. I can have lots of loading support; could use a trolly. We are flexible with the drop off dates but would like a narrow window (time) for arrival so I can organize help with unloading, may require help with unloading. Required: proof of insurance on shipment Additional items: There are 4 large and 3 med vacuum sealed bags; about 10 pieces of artwork (not captured in the picture, but shrink wrapped); a Med desk (3x6') and a small computer desk (2x 3.5') (not captured in the pictures). One rustic record player (2'Dx3.5'Wx 3'H), somewhere under the boxes in the Items in the picture span 10'Dx 8'Wx 6'T Shipment located on ground level, accessible from the back sliding patio doors. Garage pad for parking is five steps from patio doors, and accessible via ally. Consider that large trailers may be tricky to maneuver into place. Another option could be to move the items through the front door, down three steps; parking out front is a cul-de-sac, with easy access for large trailers.
