Rodrigo is a very positive and pleasant shipper. He does depend on having a right hand here locally, since his overseas. He knows exactly what to ask for, and I was pleased in meeting all his requests. He's very appreciative in expressing himself, and as shown by his gratuity at the end. I hope to hear from him again in any of his shipments, or errands I may be able to do for him. Victor`s services really impressed me. /
I needed him to make a deliver, and I asked it to be made as soon as he could. Victor made it on the time I needed, and took very good care of my product. He was patient with the things I asked him and, during his travel, he sent me emails telling me what was my product`s situation, and what was its location.
He was always avaible on the cellular phone and answered my emails very quickly.

Rodrigo, It felt good to help you out in every step. I wish I could have convinced the seller to send the title with me for the exporter to have handy. I do have the pictures & video for you--I'll send it later when I transfer it to email. I'll go check with the Post Office tomorrow to send you the key. By the way I did lock one of them tied securely under the (locked) seat, just in case for you. You do need the one I'm mailing to unlock the seat. I thank you for the extra $$$ tip. I love it!
