A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved as mentioned the problem was at my end, the service provider did all things right, my customers funds had not cleared in time for the shippment so where unable to pay on pickup. They had other jobs to do, by the time i sorted it out it was obiously too late for them to wait, but they did the right thing and i feel bad about doing this to the provider. If they had where available i would use. thanks. Dave.
