i would never use these idiots again. firstly they pick up a sofa on an open trailer in high winds and rain. and then they lose some of it on the motorway. then messed me about for weeks not wanting to pay for the loss of the load. i had to fork out £400 for a new replacement cusion to be made for my chair, and they refused to pay for it or even pay towards it. they are an amature lot of buckos just out to rip people off. the worst experience i have ever had and advise everyone to stay clear

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped My van broke down on the date of her booked move and can't help her to move. Customer made alternative arrangement to move. There is no fault on the customer and I owed her a sincere apology for the van problem. Booking was cancelled on the date of move but being new to uShip, I only make the formal cancellation now. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time i am absolutely discusted, it was arranged by all partys that collection would be 2pm thurs 15th sept 11, he never turned up, ignores my calls, ignores my tx and has left me for 2 days urgently needing this item bringing to me. This useless member is not to go anywhere near my shipment he is totally ignorant and very un professional.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not show up at collection point. Was meant to deliver by 6pm. Contacted at 5:15pm for ETA and found out collection hadn't even happened. He then cancelled and sent the following email: "My earlier text messages on collection delay refers. As a 1-man courier, I have limited resource and sometimes delays are regrettably unavoidable when things getting out of hand. 1st collect(4pm) delayed. When seller was contacted for apology and same evening collection, he refused and started abusive using foul language (F..k ...),threatened to cancel job. Emailed Shipper reporting unacceptable abusive manner and suggested cancellation to avoid confrontation on collection, which he agreed and emailed uShip for cancellation. Sad ending but wouldn't tolerate abusive manner. Shipper (buyer) is not at fault.
