The courier does not have a suitable vehicle and turned up with his wife to lift it. That was under resourcing. he and i agreed that he was unable to carry out the task
marjorie delaney Response from viper294: the customer misrepresented this shipment when we accepted the bid, the kitchen was worth over 20K,for which we was not told at the time of our bid, it also included the oven/hob as well, my wife came as well as the person who was helping was taken ill this was done as to not let the customer down, client knew what type of van we had as shown in our profile, items we went to pick up at the shop were not as stated in our bid to the customer.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately after speaking to the company we found out that due to their time restriction they can’t deliver the scooter on time to its destination. Therefore we have agreed to cancel the order and try and resource another service provider. Response from viper294: we spoke to the client about this shipment and we could not meet the requirments of the customer for pick up & delivery of the shipment at this time, we would ship for this customer at any other time

Response from viper294: We spoke to the client after accepting the bid to ship this item, a little while later we received a call back from her saying the seller can deliver the item to the buyer, we agreed to cancel the shipment at that point in time this is no fault of ours

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped After booking, i found out the seller of the item could deliver for free, & so i asked the courier if he would cancel, which he did. Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I have paid a deposit through paypal for this transaction. Recieved one message last night stating the service provider would be delivering item on Tuesday 31st August. He said that unless there were any problems this would go ahead - no request to call him back unless I was not going to be around on stated delivery date. Phoned him back this morning to confirm. I hardly call this a delay. Response from viper294: our company phoned client to confirm pick up of this shipment, and sent numerous text msg, 24 hours later client phoned back, by this time we could not fit in this shipment in this time frame, client had plenty of time to leave a msg to confirm the pick up, i would not use this client and would advise others to do the same
