I no longer needed the item(s) shipped Response from ukcartransporter: Job was cancelled due to people at the storage facility messed up, the vehicle was confirmed to be ready for collection, but once I arrived to collect it, this car was not ready and was told to return after a few days. This was NOT Aamir's fault nor mine, and he is very annoyed.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This chap is a born liar. Since he got the job on 16.01,he has been giving me loads of excuses but when I finally discover the truth hedecided to cancel the job.
1. He asked me to pay him in advance which I did on 16/01 by BACS.
2. First problem (17/01) was his trailer which broke 50 miles from pick up and couldn't be fixed.
2. He promised that his friend will do it but apparently on Friday 20/01, his friend did not get a delivery slot with Copart.
3. Now, suspension broken.
Too short. Can' Response from ukcartransporter: This guy yet again had me running rings around him. I had genuine proveable problems, and then after he cancelled the job on me, so this guy Imran then tries to bully you because you cannot complete the job in his liife dictations. He harrasses you and then after you have driven to Scotland for him he then cancels the job on you. This man is a big time waister.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The providers communications were only after being chased. All contact details given
1. Alleged communication and logistical challenges (Iphone and vehicle breakdown) created delays. Accepted this.
2.Then alleged delays in Holland causing further delays. Accepted this and delivery promised in week commencing 19.09.2011. No delivery and no communication.
3. Now states that a relative has died. Whilst this is regrettable, again no contact with me.
6 weeks wasted. Crap service.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment UKCARTRANSPORTER won shipment bid from Doncaster to London on Thurs 22/09. I waited for a reply but I had to call him on Friday 23/09 to find out if he agrees to do the delivery which he promissed to do on Monday 26/09.
On Monday I didn't get any response from Mark. I called him but he didn't answer until noon when he said it was impossible to do the job. He gave me some conflicting info about his schedule but promised to look at it and would contact me which he failed. Recd cancel request now.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period No contact from service provider i emailed phoneed and texed no answer....i want my money back and compensation for wasting time. Response from ukcartransporter: I have had a death in my family yesterday and I am unable to complete this job SORRY.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider has made no attempt to contact me since the bid was accepted and has not responded to any of my emails.
I supppose this says a lot about the service he provides and his interpretation of customer relations. Response from ukcartransporter: This Russell is a born liar, he has cancelled this job through uship and since then tried to black mail me into doing this job. And because I refused it's led to this, this Russell is sick.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider has changed delivery time several times and now is not reachable. He is not returning phone calls and messages. Response from ukcartransporter: This guy is very unreasonble and highly selfish to other peoples problems, and fabricates the truth to make himself sound clever and better than the other person. This guy was keept in full contact as on Wednesday 7th September we had a 3 minute conversation about my gearbox problems! After I had said to him I will TRY to transport his car before the day concerened and after lots of direct contact with him he still tells lies and says he was not contacted, peop;e like this should not be on Uship
