AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST!!!!!!! HE IS A SCAM I NEEDED MY EXCAVATOR SHIPPED, HE USED A COMPANY THAT TAKES PAYMENT AFTER THE SHIP THE EXCAVOTOR TO THE DESTINATION, SO I PAID £3000 TO HIM, HE TOOK IT AND VANISHED DIDNT RETURN MY CALLS, AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY £6000 FOR MY ITEM TO BE DELIVERED!!! I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. we have been trying to contact the customer at the collection point for around 6 weeks now, and there is never anybody available and nobody ever answer the phone number provided, so we have been unable to collect the goods.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This is the second time I've tried to cancel the shipment. The shipper doesn't want anything to do with the shipment, they made a mistake in estimating the load, and left me in the shit. I've already contacted you about this, I've already requested a cancellation, I've already requested a refund as this service has caused me nothing but grief. But No reponse, no solution, no effort. No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period l had contacted this firm before l accepted their bid to clarify and agree on the timings as item needs to be delivered to the port before the ship sails, this was explained very clearly and the sevice provider agreed and infact gave me a date of pickup as Wednesday am and delivery Thursday am, but wed has passed and l tried contacting this person by phone and wrote a number of mails, there has been no responce at all, and this has really messed me us, uship should remove such people from their

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services "Avoid this company at all costs.He is a scam. I booked and was told repeatadly the driver had been delayed,then I was told that a third party(GEB Express) would take care of the shipment.The third party, who I strongly suspect was the same person with a different email address, and was unable to provide any company credentials. After my own investigation, I found out the shipment had not even been collected from the depot, after being assured repeatedly that it had.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
