The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Smartsteve never turned up to the pick-up address as arranged. Since then he has not responded to various attempts to contact him by e-mail. I would therefore like the £12.23 deposit to be refunded to me as soon as possible.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This is the second time this provider has done this to us - we have waited weeks for this second shipment to be delivered. After us chasing him he informs us he has broken his foot and will be out of action for four weeks. We now have a very unhappy Ebay seller at the other end of the country and need to urgently find someone else. No doubt other shippers will think it is us and not want to bid. Very disappointed.

Under an agreement made via uship on 9th June 2012, courier 'smartsteve' (Steve Arnold) said he would collect a futon from Lustleigh, near Newton Abbott initially on Thursday 14 June, then Friday 15th, and then Saturday 16th June, to deliver to me in Leeds first on Saturday 16th, then on Sunday 17th June. Neither the seller, or myself or U-ship have had any communication from the provider. Very disappointed as expected an experienced u-shipper to behave better towards customers.
