The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked this service on the 15th of Setember, the time frame for this service was 2 days for collection and after that 4 days for delivery. Only after a phone call that I made on the 19th of Setember did the service provider confirm the service and arrange the collection for the 23rd of Setember and delivery on the 26th of Setember wich I agreed. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After a severe mechanical breakdown, this job has been cancelled by the service provider. We have had to source another service provider for this job due to this and am requesting a refund of the fees paid as this job was not fulfilled.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Der Spediteur hat den vereinbarten Termin nicht eingehalten und antwortet nicht auf e-mails. Bei der Abholadresse ist in den nächsten 10 Tagen niemand zu erreichen, weshalb sich die ganze Sache nun mindestens um 10 Tage verzögert. Ich bin selbst Spediteur und solche Unzuverlässigkeit ist mir absolut fremd. Ich bitte um Rücküberweisung meiner Anzahlung/Kaution auf mein paypal-Konto pedeka@web.de

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period i been try to contact the provider for couple weeks and he never get back to me, i will cancellation the booking and will leave a negative feedback. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Initial shipment was agreed, subject to confirmation later in the day on Wednesday 22nd June, for Thursday 23rd June. No confirmation was sent later in the day. Since then I have attempted to call each day and emailed to try and make contact and find out when the shipment may happen. My emails and phone messages have not been responded to.
This has dissuaded me from using uShip at all. Response from sadlerstransport: This job was printed of and some how managed to go into the completed pile of jobs. There is no excuse and we appoligise for any inconvinience this caused.
