Hi there, We are a young, dynamic removals and light haulage company. We do student removals, 1 & 2 bed flat removals. We are based in fife scotland. We have 2 Luton vans with tail lifts running north and south on a weekly/fortnightly basies. All prices quoted are given in good faith and from the information YOU supply to us. All bookings are tentative till we confirm by phone or email that we can meet your requirements. We have moved stuff from 1kg up to 800kg. All our vans have a 2 man team. Also we have sack barrows on them along with pallet trucks. If your looking for a good price to move any thing ask us for a free quote. We are a family run business. Who work hard and late in to the night to make sure every one gets there goods in time. We work 7 days a week, and work from 6am till 10pm at night.

ksremovals failed to turn up to pick up the goods at the specified time. They said they were at the pick up place and no one was there (when there was). When I questioned why they didn't contact me by phone and why they did not answer my numerous calls to arrange another pickup time, they said this was because they are an online company! I decided to go with another shipper outside of uship because I felt I could not trust this company with my belongings.

We Turned up on the day and time we where asked to. The buzzer was not working to the flat and we could not get in as it was past midday. We are a online company. We also offerd to pick the stuff up the next day again free of charge but this was no good for the customer. Our drivers are very busy and u ship Is for back loads. We dont have time to take calls from u-ship customers There is a web site and e mail address is manned 24-7....

No Detailed Feedback Available Never have I had the displeasure of coming into contact with a human being of such low moral standing and with such a blatant disregard for other peoples time and effort. Lies are no problem for this errant clown, if you don't want to be strung along for a week and be fed lies all the way then avoid this odious little man at all cost's. he has left my customer waiting in Scotland for a week damaging my reputation and the customers confidence in shopping online, what a complete waste of time

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I have text from this person telling me to watch my back as he wont let this lie and I will be expecting a visit from his not so polite associates he then goes on to call his associstes fucking wankers. So for this reason bash on with the cancellation......

They promised to pick up last week and I have text messages to prove this. I note some negative feedback along the same lines as this. I have paid a deposit and wish it to be refunded so I can relist the item and get someone more reliable! Disgraceful - you should ban or censure this supplier they will only damage your websites reputation!

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I nam not at all satisfied with this service provider, to state NOW.... after email by myself, which obviously prompted them to state that they are unable to accomodate, when before they would not reply by phone or email or even until now is beyond a joke. Absolutely dire. Cancellation is accepted, and I would like to leave some feedback for this "business" as I think other people should be warned prior to booking them.

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This driver has let us down from the start, giving us no confidence whatsoever. The first time he claims the vehicle broke down, the next time he turned up a day early and the goods were not available and after that could not come back for another few days. There is no issue with money but before I gave someone who let me down twice £200 I wanted to know he was going to deliver our goods. Very dissappointed asw we have two very unhappy customers as a result of this drivers actions.

LOL I did not let you down twice the girl that works in the office is thick as ****. We turned up even tho no payment had been made. And day early ? no pick up with in 7 days drop off with in 3 was the deal. all prices are so cheep on here as the drivers get it when they are passing. Not when you say jump.
