I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period No contact at all, notice no name on the Uship details, just company name. One telephone disconnected and the other rings out with no answerphone service. Not even the common decency/sense to get one of the other staff or a family member to make a telephone call to customers. Has caused us acute problems. There seem to be quite a few unreliable U-ship shippers who are giving the service a very bad name. Shame.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Apart from the first communication by the provider I have been unable to communicate with them. They provided a date for collection but did not show up and several weeks later they still have not shown up or communicated a reason why.
They have provided both a landline number and mobile - neither of which is ever answered and neither of which have answer phones. I have tried many times at different times of the day and different days of the week and am fed up having to apologise to the person

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The vendor wasn't able to accommodate the initial pick-up date suggested by the courier; however, after numerous attempts to contact the courier by telephone I haven't been able to get in contact to rearrange pick-up and delivery. Response from jetlogistics: We are very sorry that this has happened however due to the death of the owners partner he has been in hospital after having a breakdown and all staff have be layed off until further notice. I have been placed on home duites and will be operating the business from the 16th August until James is back many thanks Edd

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Twice missed commited uplift dates. Unfortunately I do appreciate there has been a family tradgey however I was willing to accomodate and another date setup - this has also been missed with no comms to advise and I am no longer able to contact them as they do not reply to phone or email?

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Owing to very sad circumstances, the service provider was unable to complete this shipment. Their communication was excellent throughout. Response from jetlogistics: All the staff and management would like to say a big thank you to all our customers who have offered such kind works of condolences at this sad time we are aiming to provide a full service again shortly at the mean time we will be providing a skeleton crew to assist with all work pending thank you so much again James & Team Jet Logistics
