Response from vicsologil: Janice, thank you for your kind words. I remember the picking up of the bike, was a little confusing--language barriers, and the bike being at a different house than listed. But once figured out, I had plenty of help in loading it. From then on, it went super smooth. The receiving warehouse was easy to deal with, since you had arranged it all with them. I was somewhat hesitant to release it at the time without the payment, but I felt confident you'd come thru & you did. I thank you for it all.

For some reason my edited copy of the Uship booking form with the contact names and phone numbers did not make it to Evan, which made things difficult for him. Also the time difference as we are in Great England can make things difficult, but neither of these things fazed Evan, he managed to get round the difficulties and got on with the job, which he carried out just as promised. Would definitely call Evan for my next shipment.

It is difficult for me to oversea collections/deliveries in the US from UK, but Vinny took all the stress out of it, without any problem at all. The next time I need a collection in his area he will certainly be the person I call. Thank you Vinny

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to mechanical problems the service providers schedule was delayed which meant he was not able to collect on the day agreed and when he was able to do it it was not going to be until very late in the evening which is not possible for us due to the fact we are in a residential location and we could not have the required help at hand to load the bike. Response from BikesOnTheRun: Hi,I agreed to the cancelation,as I did suggest the collection would be later than 9pm due to delays,and it was still by the time frame in the bid,you since sent me a new request to transport the bike at a later date which I am happy to assist,regards peter

Thank you very much for collecting and delivering the Plymouth Belvedere. It is very difficult trying to arrange things in the US from the UK but you made it very easy. Will certainly be in touch for my next collection in your area.
