No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The bid didn't expire until the 13th, and stated delivery date was for the 18th, but after accepting the bid, I was told delivery could not be done until the week beginning 23rd, which was too late.

This was one of those unfortunate situations. The slot we had avaialable at the beginning of the week was filled and then the customer accepted our bid before we could update. We offered alternative dates but this was not acceptable to the customer. We accept his right to cancel and appologise for the situation. We would be happy to assist in future.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the service provider got there to pick up the shipment BUT wouldnt exercise patient for me to sort out the accrued storage payment which is unknown to me. the service provided then had effontary to insinuate i havent paid for my shipment before sending them down there. service provider also had the gut to tell me they knew about the storage payment 24 hrs earlier but cant justify why i wasnt informed on this update. very poor customer service. lastly , can i ask uship to please block

DO NOT COLLECT FOR THIS GUY. HE ASKED US TO COLLECT EVEN THOUGH HE HADN'T PAID FOR THE CAR. THEN HE EXPECTED MY DRIVER TO WAIT AROUND FOR TWO HOURS WHY HE SORTED IT OUT. ABSOLUTE MORON!!!
