The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After 3 failed attempts to collect and deliver a church pew from Cornwall to Sussex I called DPS Transport to say our agreement was terminated (I did warn that this would be the case if the third attempt was unsuccessful).
I am yet to receive the total refund of £130.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The courier has given repeated pickup dates and failed them all. He has not telephoned at all, unless, it seems, we use a telephone number to call him which he does not recognise. Then he says he will pickup next day and doesn't. Our poor person who we have purchased from has been very reasonable, but has now been waiting in since Monday. In one of our phone calls the courier said his van had broken, but this is no excuse for a complete lack of liaison. I have no confidence in him after all this

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Transport company's vehicle broken into. Did not collect as arranged. Has not responded to subsequent request to reschedule collection. Response from goldwing1969: Customer notified vehicle broken into could not touch it as there was forensic evidence on the vehicle. Re-arranged with seller to collect tomorrow - it is 10:45pm and I am still making phone calls, customer was next in line to be called this evening to advise item would be delivered for him tomorrow however he has cancelled. Very unfortunate incident, totally out of our control.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Due to a vehicle problem, he was unable to pick up/deliver at agreed time (today). The mechanical fault took 24hours to complete. However, he may not be able to deliver until Sunday (e.g. 5 days late!). Also, I need to know pickup/delivery times and dates, so that all parties are at the address. However, he is also being very unclear about this. Given the delays and communication issues, I would like to appoint someone else to the job. Response from goldwing1969: Agreed collection/delivery for today (Wednesday), had near fatal accident on motorway last night, customer informed immediately, van was repaired by 8pm tonight (parts were ordered and mechanic does not work 24 hours a day). Customer kept up-dated, offered to collect/deliver by end of the week, customer had a problem with this, out of 7 customers he was the only one with a problem even though his sellers were both fine with this.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider struggling to make delivery due to transport being unsuitable for uplift. He has offered to get another vehicle to accomodate but this is now several weeks/months and we need to get delivered as soon as possible so as we still have not heard from him we need to make alternative arranegments/relist. Response from goldwing1969: Offered to use another vehicle, spoke to customer's seller on two occasions, she was rude, abusive and used obscene language. Reported this back to customer who said she would speak to her seller and report back to me, customer also said she would not blame me if I did not want to go ahead with this after the seller's behaviour. Still waiting to hear back from customer and now she cancels.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was promblem with Uship payment page and the put me with the wrong courier services and not service provider goldwing fault as he was could fine but have choosen to go with first courier i wanted Response from goldwing1969: Customer accepted my bid, we spoke on the phone, she then cancelled saying it was UShip's fault, when she had actually realised that she had accepted the higher of my two bids. She then asked if the lower bid (which she had declined) was still open. She is still sending me bid requests for the same item, which I have understandably declined.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Bookcase too large for his van. He has had to cancel on me. Response from goldwing1969: Unfortunately I had to cancel this booking as only weight measurements given and I never expected the bookcase to be over 9ft tall. Apologies given and accepted by both customer and seller.
